How does the submission for retrofitting work?

Registration

Please contact our customer service department to check the possibilities of a product modification. Let us know your retrofitting request and which product you would like to retrofit.

Shipping

Our customer service will contact you to inform you whether the product modification is possible, provide you with a quote for the work, and give you an address to send the product to if you wish to proceed.

We process your shipment

Once we have received your shipment, we will process the modification of your product as quickly as possible and contact you for payment, if applicable.

Your delivery

We will send you your modified product.

Conditions

  • If your product is damaged during a modification carried out by us, we will of course replace it with a product we have in stock.
  • All products sent for modification must be clean, as only clean products can be modified.
  • The retrofitting of older products will only be accepted with reservation.
